To strengthen our team in Deurne, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Machine Operator.
Job description
As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for independently operating semi‑automatic and fully automatic machines used to manufacture various wire and cable products. You ensure that the production process runs smoothly and meets the high quality standards we apply. After an onboarding period of about six weeks, you will be able to operate the machines fully independently.
Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator, you'll operate the machines used to produce our wire and cable assemblies. You'll meticulously monitor the production process from start to finish to ensure high quality, as this forms the foundation for further processing. You'll also ensure that customer-specific products are produced precisely according to agreed specifications and quality standards. You'll also be alert to malfunctions, which you'll resolve as much as possible yourself or, if necessary, together with technical support.
What we ask
MBO working and thinking level, preferably with a technical background
Experience in a similar industry is an advantage but not required
Accurate working style and proactive attitude
Ability to respond well to problems and think in solutions
Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
