Efficient Cable Set Production
Our fully automatic machine cuts, strips, and applies terminals at high speed. Wires are bundled in sets of 100 and delivered ready to use. This machine is ideal for large volumes, with an average capacity of up to 3,400 wires per hour.
It features an automatic detection system that immediately removes incorrectly applied terminals. The mounted applicators determine which terminals we can apply in band form.
Cables & Options
This fully automated machine can cut and strip wires, and apply ferrules or ultrasonic compaction. Cables can be printed in white or black. The wires are then attached to a tape, making them easier to install.
We use LAPP cables as our standard range — V2K cable (90 degrees) or Multi Standard 2.1 or 2.2 (UL certified). Of course, we can also work with cables from other suppliers.
The machine can process cable diameters from 0.50 mm² to 6 mm². Thicker cables are processed on other machines in our production department. If required, we can provide these cables with heat-shrink labeling or coding.
Finishing Cable Sets
The finishing of your cable set is carried out by our production department. We have a dedicated team that performs all post-processing tasks. These employees specialize in assembling connectors onto cables. This is done according to specifications and using various post-processing machines.
