To strengthen our team in Deurne, we are looking for a motivated Calculator / Work Planner (m/f).
Job description
As a Calculator / Work Planner, you are responsible for creating accurate cost calculations and preparing production processes. You ensure that all required materials and resources are available so production can run smoothly, and you prepare quotations and calculations accurately and on time. With your analytical skills and eye for detail, you contribute to optimizing our processes and maximizing efficiency. We work with Exact Online as our ERP system, and flexible working hours are possible to support a healthy work-life balance.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Preparing accurate cost calculations for quotations and projects
Planning materials and resources for production
Coordinating with internal departments regarding material requirements and lead times
Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely availability of materials
Analyzing and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency
Supporting the sales team with technical questions and preparing quotations
Identifying bottlenecks and proactively suggesting improvements
What we ask
Completed vocational education (MBO), preferably technical
Preferably experience in a similar role or industry
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Experience with Exact Online or similar ERP systems is an advantage
Proactive and flexible attitude
